Consultation Center

Services:

• Prevention of the alcohol and drugs addiction
• Consultation of the people addicted to alcohol and drugs, members of their families, psychological and spiritual support
• Providing information about disease of alcohol and drugs addiction
• Direction to the AA AN groups
• Direction to the Rehabilitation center for alcohol and drugs addicted “The Nazareth”

Consultation is given to every eager person, which is addicted to alcohol and drugs (including HIV/AIDS infected) and also to members of their families.

Actual needs of the Center:

• Staff training
• Search for volunteers
• Search for partners to put the project into life
• Search for the cost to keep the Center

Consultative point is working daily from 10:00 till 17:00 (except days off). AA and AN groups gather every Sunday at 15:00 

“The Nazareth” - Rehabilitation Center for alcohol and drugs addicted

Aim: Rehabilitation of the alcohol and drugs addicted (including AIDS infected)

Conditions for beginning of the rehabilitation in the RC “The Nazareth”

• Personal determination
• Age: 18-54 years old
• Sex: male
• Preserve soberness
• Sign a contract
• To provide charitable aid for the RC “The Nazareth”, when possible

One is accepted to the RC “The Nazareth” only through the Consultative Center in Drohobych, Chornovola str. 4.

Characterization of the people, with whom we are working in this field:
• Alcohol and drugs addicted men (including AIDS infected). In most cases they are not only socially unprotected, but have also lost their job, shelter and family, social connections. They have realized the necessity of the rehabilitation and social adaptation.

• Assistance in preparation of the personal documentation
• Assistance in the preparation and obtaining of the social payments or pension
• Treatment direction

The base of the Rehabilitation program is the program “12 Steps”

Re-socialization Center

Aim: Help alcohol and drugs addicted (including AIDS infected), who have finished the course of the rehabilitation and are leading sober way of life to renovate the social position of the complete member of the community, remember to the independent socially normalized way of life in family and society.  

Types of support:

• Therapeutic community
• Spiritual formation
• Psychological support
• Assistance in the preparation of the personal documentation
• Assistance in the preparation and obtaining of the social payments or pension
• Support in the search of work
• Providing of the temporary shelter

Needs:

• Staff training
• Search for volunteers
• Search for the partners to put the project into life
• Search of the partners, which are eager to employ people after the re-socialization

We support only those, who have completed the rehabilitation course in the RC “The Nazareth”
